网络公共事件中的传者框架与网民情绪探究

摘 要

以“教师AA聚餐被通报”这一网络公共事件为个案,采用框架分析的方式研究网络公共事件中的传者框架与网民情绪。研究发现,网民“指桑骂槐”式情绪宣泄在事件定性框架中尤为突出,但官方解释框架下网民情绪反而更加集中于事件的曲直是非,并在此基础上进行情感宣泄;与网民即有认知相悖的官方解释框架极易导致网民负性情绪的极化,但解决问题与事件探讨能够增强协商、降低负性情绪。研究建议当事方应对公共事件的探讨持开放态度,以责任承担与解决问题的方式来改善公众的情绪态度。

Abstract

Take the network public events “The teachers’ AA lunch was criticized in a circulated notice” as a case,this article mainly study the Framing of Communicator and the Netizen Emotion in Network Public Events through the way of framing analysis. It turns out that the emotional catharsis model of “pointing at one but abuse another” of netizen in the framing of qualitative event is particularly prominent,but the netizen emotion under the official interpretation more focused on the fact of the event,and make a emotional catharsis on this basis;The framing of official interpretation is contrary to the perception of the netizen,which can easily lead to the polarization of the netizen negative emotions,but the solution to the problem and discussion of the event can strengthen consultation and reduce negative emotions. The study suggests that the parties should keep an open-mind to the discussion of public events,thus they can improve the public’s emotional attitudes by taking responsibility and solving problems.
